Interesting... I have all but two words, sl-w-r- and the 20 letter word one, both of which I haven't been able to find in online word dictionaries...
I'll guess the letter N. There are a lot of those. Apart from the first word and the one I've mentioned, you guys should be able to figure out the rest without "cheating", since I was able to.
