Ruling The difference

No. You are able to use Holon's Magneton when ever you like during your turn as long as the Pokemon Holon's Magneton is attached to already has an Energy Attached to it. However, attaching Holon Magneton, Electrode or Castform counts as attaching an Energy for every turn. This means you can't attach anymore Energies if you had already use Holon's Magneton, Castform, Electrode, Voltorb or Magnemite.

No. because it is already stated in the card that you may attach it as an energy card, so u dont need to evolve it anymore..

If you attatch it as an energy, there is no need to evolve it. You do not even need holon's voltorb or holon's magnemite in play or in your deck to use it.

No, all you have to do is attach it as an energy card to a pokemon that already has an energy attached to it.

holon electrode, holon magneton & double rainbow energy is the same....
the only difference is, when you attach a holon electrode or holon magneton to any of your pokemon, you need to return a basic energy that has already been attached to any of your pokemon while double rainbow energy can be attach freely without returning any basic energy.....

how can you attach from the hand while it's a pokemon on your bench???

I think that pretty much answers the question XF
