I started one a while back I'm a part of with some other guys, Team Onyx. You'd have to read the books to catch the reference. I plan on trying the map sometime when I get a minute to breathe from life

Played Halo 4 today for the first time in a while.
First game of regular slayer that I played, I went 22-1. The first kill was getting a Headcase from a sniper and the rest were from a ghost. I got a Rampage in the process. Not bad for my first game in two months.

@Equinox: Yeah, but mainly for the Spartan IV's the book talks about, thats where they trained was on that planet. We got room for other members! :3
@Blah: Dude, thats not bad considering you took a break! And nice to have you come back to the thread, its not often super mods make time for these!
But anyway, Season 6-7 Spartan Ops videos were really cool. I think they could make a fun series from these videos if they do it right and drag it out. Lots of action in 7, thats by far my favorite episode. You really start to get a feel for all that Dr. Halsey can do, especially as described in the book. AI's were never that smart though, I'm sorry. And they need to make real smart AI's like Cortana, and show from an AI's point of view, and show them hacking and bouncing and hiding like they do in the books with Cortana and the other ones from Harvest.

I've still got 15 double XP codes I gotta use before they expire. I was saving them for when I got good at the game, but...
Because my aim stinks like a dead fish on a city bus, I've resorted to fully-automatic weapons. Of the three available, which one is the best? I've been using the forerunner one, and it's been pretty good for me so far.

IMO the Assault Rifle is just fine, but with the covenant weapon you don't have to reload. The Suppressor only has annoyance going for it. I prefer one of the other two.
It doesn't really matter if you can use it well. =)

The Storm Rifle and Assault Rifle are the best, my fave being the Assault. It got a major buff in this game (meaning it's actually usable), but still, the best two regular loadout weapons are the DMR and BR. Once I get my 360 back in shape, I can try to teach you a few tricks when it comes to aiming in a few games, if you'd like.
