this is what i've picked up from the main page

have said, “If the writers feel like it.”

What do you think of the Uri Gueller and Kadabra card incident? He didn’t know what I was talking about, so I pointed him to Kadabra on my laptop, and he said “Ahh.” He responded that the case had not been settled and was still going on, and that they were not allowed to use Kadabra on a card until an agreement was reached. He said they “put Kadabra aside for now.” When I asked him if the case would ever be settled, he said “not anytime soon.” So, it doesn’t look like we’ll get Kadabra in card form for quite some time, if ever.

i think it might be something about kadabra from MT that is missing.so what is the problem really?

isn't the signs on kadabras body and the spoon it hold mean some bad thing???... I read this article once... it said that the ting on kadabras head and body are signs from that hitler dude?? i think it was that... and the spoon thing is some kind of magic thing... I dont really know...

Swastikas don't look like stars. The reason why Kadabra's not shown so much is because Uri Geller (he has innate magnetism) sued Pokemon over Kadabra, which he says looks very similar to himself, with the spoon and all. The star comes from a "representation" of the Star of David, which is in the flag of Israel, Geller's hometown. Hope I helped ;]

Alll righhhhhhhhhht

The Japanese name for Kadabra is Yungeraa or some stupid thing like that. Kadabra holds a spoon.

Along comes some shmuck spoon bender named Uri Geller who claims that Kadabra (Yungeraa or some stupid thing like that) is based on him. So he sues the pants off Nintendo claiming royalties or whatever, for likeness, or whatever you sue for. Because Kadabra uses spoons and "Uri Geller" sounds kinda sorta a little bit just a tad like "Yungeraa."

Apparently, this STILL hasn't been settled yet.

That's why there's no Kadabra card. The end.
