The Meaning of Pokémon

Chapter One
"Wake up!"
"Huh?" Ash said blearily. How had he fallen asleep? he thought. He tried to pick himself up from the forest path, but ended up falling down. He turned around to see his long-time partner, Pikachu, standing next Iris' Kibago.
"Finally," said Pikachu, with the air of someone who thinks themselves very superior, "You're awake." Ash, shocked that pikachu was talking, managed to stand up, and talk three small steps backwards, away from Pikachu, and bumped into an unconscious Grimer, and toppled over onto the hard ground.
"How on earth are you talking?" Ash yelled, "You've never been able to talk before, so why start now?"
"We've always been able to talk," Kibago replied in a rude manner, Yyou humans just can't understand us.
"Then how can I understand you now?" Ash said, bemused and puzzled.
"Just look at yourself, pea-brain!" Kibago snapped back shrewdly.
Ash looked down at his body. He saw his limbs had gotten shorter and his skin was red and yellow, but what he was convinced by was the tail coming out his behind, and his small hands, and his strange hairstyle on his head.
"Have I turned into a Baoppu?" Ash asked uncertainly.
"Excellent!" said Kibago, "Eientstein figures it out!"
"What about Dento and Iris?" asked ash, gesturing to the Grimer and Tsutaaja lying on the gray, hard ground, "Are they them?"
"Iris and Dento," Pikachu confirmed, "Now stand up, before Kibago loses his temper!"
"One more question," said Ash, "How did we wind up like this?" Pikachu went silent for a moment, pondering on the question.
"There's a legend that says humans destined for greatness become Pokémon in another world entered through contact with a celestial object, such as a shard of N's crown, which was originally made by Genosect," said Pikachu, " And that might be the cause of this."
"Fortunately," said kibago, "a large release of power could open a doorway back home."
"So all I have to do is create a large burst of energy to return home?" Ash said eagerly.
"Easier said then done," said Pikachu, "That would involve taking a powerful artifact from the museum of Powerful Artifacts."
"Then what are we waiting for?" said Iris, who had heard the whole conversation, and had come to with vigour, "Let's go hunt for that artifact!"
"What about Dento?" Ash said hurriedly, as Iris already began to move away. "He's not come to yet!" Iris stopped and they glanced towards where the Tsutaaja lay prostrate. He shored and turned over. "Well, what we need to do is be captured by trainers, then get taken to the museum!" Ash said while they waited in the constantly warming day air.
"If we find some tourists, we can hitch a lift off them," Iris suggested. "We can get to Hiun City alone, but getting into the museum will be tough. We may need to employ a Zoroark." Then Dento sat up, and said, "Look! I'm a Tsutaaja!" Then he fainted, as he realized what had happened.
I'm not sure if that was long enough. I've no way of checking, unless there is an online way.
