Yeah I do remember that but it will mostly be the ones added to the stage 2 Pokemon or the ones with no evolution like Aerodactyl and Ditto and also Kangaskhan.

Ditto can have no evolution. How could it?
Kangaskhan either.
Aerodactyl has friends, so do a lot of other non evolving Pokemon, so they don't need to evolve.

First of all before speculating what Pokemon will evolve and what not we should ask ourselves, is it really confirmed?

Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't. This is something we won't know until somebody comes up with any type of evidence to confirm this. Although it's highly possible there will be a new gen. without any doubt. We'll never know for sure until it's confirmed.

(btw, Ditto will never evolve... that's for sure, otherwise I'll eat my shoe :| ).
