This will allow us the ability to match your identity with your PokeBeach and Pokemon.Com profiles so that you may post freely about your sanctioned activities.

What we need is simple. We need your real name, player identification number, your Pokemon.Com profile URL, as well as the Pokemon.Com URL of a recent tournament that you held or your league profile. If you have staff online that help you promote your various activities because you are not always able to promote your own events, remember to also include their information.
