I was wondering what the average skill level of league players is? reddit says they are pretty average (local cups and such) and that the whole thing is pretty faceroll till last game or two?

Was also wondering what decks people have been using the most at these places, is it charizard EX, roaring moon ex, hydreigon ex or what? what's the "presumed percentage" of how much these decks are used from your experience?

I have a pretty good deck that has wooped butt to get me into 435 points on pokemon tcg live in just about 60ish games, but its best streak is 2.
It's really lacking on the energy gains, but if I could get some im sure I could get at least an average 4ish streak.

What are the best methods for getting energies on cards as fast as possible with standard cards right now? and is there anything in journey together that might improve this?

Also, what cards from the japanese sets/foreseen setlist do you think will be the biggest threat?

I'm planning on world championship so im taking this pretty srsly.:cool::cool:

The player skill and the meta decks used in Leagues vary by place. You have to go to your local league and figure it out for yourself. Also, just because a deck does well in Live it does not mean it will do well irl. Live's meta is usually very different from competitive meta.

Not to discourage you but Worlds invitations have changed and now are given to top ranking players (the number of invites vary by region). Considering we are already 4 months into the season and you haven't even started playing locally, I would say you will have a hard time earning an invite this season. I would settle for smaller goals if you're only starting now, like trying to win a Regional or something.
