hoooooooonestly i hope that either neku is the only returning character or we get a new protagonist(s) and keep some of the supporting cast

i also hope to see the battle system keep the same idea but be cleaned up a bit

The countdown site. It's playing Calling mixed with Twister mixed with...I'm not sure. Is that The One Star?
 
Well, a port of TWEWY to iOS operating systems has been announced by Square-Enix...it'll be a port with some Kingdom Hearts music, from what I've heard.

But the countdown isn't over yet...it's still ticking.
 
There is at least Calling, Twister, Hybrid and maybe Owari Hajimari.

TWEwY on... iOS? How is the combat supposed to work on that... Anyway, I really hope that's not "it". DDD sure points towards a new TWEwY.

Over on his Twitter feed, Brian Gray, the lead translator on The World Ends With You for the Nintendo DS, hints that there may be more to Square Enix’s recent teases than an iOS port of the game and a new soundtrack release.

Last night, Gray tweeted: “Before everyone decides the #twewy countdown is over, they might want to wait for the countdown to be over. #moredripthanleak”

...I think I'm too distanced from the series (from having put it down for years) to actually involve and care too much about it.
But I'm content to wait, and if we don't get a sequel...meh, I'll live.

Or it could just be Shiki with a different outfit. You know it is conceivably possible for someone to wear more than one outfit, right?

I just realized that isn't even Shiki's hairstyle. Shiki has a bowl cut or something.
