Ruling Theta Stop vs. Nurture and Heal

^ Can PRC Sceptile's Nurture & Heal heal Mega Sceptile w/ Theta Stop?

^ Tried on TCG One, although the energy went through, the healing did not... If it did, its 40 HP should have become 10... :(

^ My apologies for late report, but I couldn't find a sure answer at the time of match, and I did not want to take opponent too long, so...

Please answer my question... Thank you for your time.
 
Theta Stop only blocks effects of your opponent's Pokemon's Abilities. You can use Nurture and Heal on M Sceptile-EX with no changes :)
