If Blastoise from pop series rolls heads on rocket tackle (which would prevent all damage done by opponent's attacks) and has an active Holon WP energy which prevents all effects excluding damage is facing a Fortress UF and it uses spiky shell, would at the end of Blastoises next turn he take thirty damage due to the Fortress UF attack details?

The damage is deflected by the rocket tackle, and damage counters is an effect, so it therefore is prevented by WP. I think. What's with the "Is this a good one?" title?

m0nster1nc is correct. The only way Blastoise would take 3 damage counters from Spiky Shell is if the WP was removed somehow during Blastoise's turn without removing Blastoise from the Active spot, and then Blastoise's turn ended.

If the WP stays, though, Rocket Tackle's heads flip deflects the 20 damage, and Holon Energy WP stops the effect of 3 damage counters.
