Welcome to the Night Sky Clan
Intro:
This clan was made to form a new line of great competive battlers. Team Cyclone and Team Darkness both had their differences but they also had a strong bond between members. Hatman was the Team Darkness Leader and I was Team Cyclone's Leader. Hatman and I both became excellent friends through competive battling said to be by each other that we are both pretty good battlers. Hatman and I have a friendly rivarly to beat the other. Then he opened his clan and I opened mine then we came to war. My Team Cyclone won in a 2-1 victory. Then I suggested a clan merge to settle all differences. Hatman and Team Darkness accpeted to merge. That is how The Night Sky clan was born.
The Rules of the Night Sky:
- All Pokebeach Rules Apply.
- Respect others with authority.
- No Spamming, Flaming, or Trolling. (Albeit...the water trolls sometime pay us a visit.)
- Follow the Clan Tier List (Link coming soon)
- Don't get mad at the person who tests you if you don't think you get the right rank, deal with it for one week. After that one week is up enlist in the rank-up system.
- Follow all clan clauses:
- Evasion Clause:
- You are banned from using any move or item which may enhances your evasion. If your risk it with a move that has a chance at it but is not 100%, and it does indeed raise your evasion that will be an auto-loss.
- Freeze Clause:
- You may not freeze any two of your opponent's Pokemon at the same time. With this clause checked Shoddy Battle will not allow two or more Pokemon to become frozen.
- OHKO clause:
- All moves which cause an automatic KO on your opponent's Pokemon are banned from being used. This includes but is not limited to: Fissure, or Sheer Cold.
- Self KO Clause:
- If it gets down to you and your opponent each have 1 remaining Pokemon you cannot use a move which will force a tie such as Explosion to kill yourself and your opponent.
- Sleep Clause:
- You are cannot have more then one of your opponent's Pokemon asleep at any one time. If my Breloom gets hit and effect spore rubs off on the defending Pokemon and puts it to sleep, you are banned from using another sleep move. Or if you use a move such as sleep powder to put a Pokemon to sleep if any other Pokemon on your opponent's team remains asleep.
- Soul Dew Clause:
- No Pokemon in you're team or your opponent's team may hold the item Soul Dew.
- Species Clause:
- You are banned from having two of the same species of Pokemon in your team. So for example I cannot have two Pikachu's in my team. This includes doubles.
- Timed Battle:
- This is to prevent your opponent from stalling you out of a match by taking forever and then you might be forced to leave a match. If this clause is turned off, your are taking a huge risk.
- Uber Clause:
- All uber Pokemon are banned from play, unless you are participating in an uber battle, or a match both you and your opponent agree to allow ubers. The list of ubers includes:

- Dialga
- Garchomp

Goals of The Sky:
* To gain the sole title of the best clan on Pokebeach.
* Win our first three wars.
* Achieve and maintain a winning war record.
* Make competitive battling a fun experience for everyone, even those of lower skill levels.
* If and when we find an enemy team - We shall blow them over leaving nothing but a trail of defeat, and water in our wake.
