Discussion Thoughts on Tauros-GX?

So I was looking through SM cards the other day and one card that stood out to me was Tauros-GX. The fact that you can tank damage (especially with Fighting Fury Belt) and deal it in return made me think as to how well it will play out in the current meta. Also, what are some good tech options with the card?

Tauros-GX is the probably the one card I'm most excited about. The card plays the way it's supposed to on it's own. I would stick with Ninja Boy here.

Best part about Tauros is that even when Fighting Fury Belt is rotated out, you can still use Choice Band for that extra damage. Also, thanks for reminding me of Ninja Boy as I totally forgot about it for some reason.

Works fantastic with Ninja Boy for that 'Surprise, MF-er!' factor.


I think it's a card that LOOKS straightforward, but takes patience and proper timing to make it jump from a good play to a devastating play. I don't think he's as 'auto-pilot' as we think.


I have a feeling that if my theory proves true, then the hype and price for it will die down a bit.

That just gives me more reason to use it, the fact that it will require some sort of skill to work makes this a deck that can sort of help players to think on when to play cards effectively instead of just spamming them down and going on Autopilot.
