• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

    When posting in a thread, be sure to explain all your suggestions thoroughly. Additionally, do not ask for advice in another member's thread.

Well yeah you can use Octillery I guess bit shaymin is better. The question is how competitive are you going to get? Shaymin is pretty essential in competitive play but not necessary in regular play. So if you just want to use the deck casually use Octillery. Hope this helps:)
 
That would mean youd have to devote 7+ spots to get it out so that isn't really gonna work.
