Well, here's the deck that I plan on taking to my cities in my country, any help will be taked in account.

2 Zekrom EX (ND 97)
2 Zekrom (BW 114)
1 Mewtwo EX (ND 98)
3 Tynamo (NV 39)
3 Eelektrik (NV 40)
1 Cleffa (CL 24)
1 Zapdos (ND 41)
1 Pachirisu (CL 18)
1 Shaymin (UL 8)
15

3 Professor Juniper (BW 101)
3 Sage's Training (UD 77)
3 Professor Oeak's New Theory (HGSS 101)
2 N (NV 101)
2 Pokegear 3.0 (HGSS 96)
3 Pokemon Collector (HGSS 97)
2 Skyarrow Bridge (ND 91)
3 Level Ball (ND 89)
4 Junk Arm (TR 87)
3 Pokemon Catcher (EP 95)
2 Eviolite (NV 91)
2 Switch (BW 104)
31

10 Electric Energy (CL 91)
4 Double Colorless Energy (HGSS 103)
14

So basically, the startegy for this is to just start attacking from T2 either snipping, do 80 or more, depending on the hand, and just sweep my opponent with the Zekrom EX and Mewtwo Ex late game or when a huge hp beast comes in the way. Only playing 1 Mewtwo because I only have 1 ATM.

Thanks for reading, Slayer.

-1 level ball
+collector

Its for consistency. I'd add a second mew two if it were me but its just my opinion.

Thanks for the suggestion, the 4th collector really helps consistency. From playtesting, i'll post a different list in a bit. Any help will be apreciated!

ATM I'm debating whether to raise my zapdos count, put tornadus back in the deck or put thundurus. Like I said, I wanted to run more Mewtwo, but only have access to 1 atm.

First of all, you should have more attackers, and less techs. Pachimin combo isn't really needed here. Sure, it can be useful sometimes, but usually it will just be a catcher bait. Zapdos can be useful, but I don't think you need him. I prefer Smeargle to Cleffa, because with Skyarrow Smeargle becomes better than Cleffa, and it can't be donked by Mewtwo. Add 1 more BW Zekrom (essential for mirror and CMT). 3 Mewtwos is a good number, but they are hard to get, so 2 should do the job if you can get 1 more. 4 Tynamos is absolutely essential, now that Mewtwo EX is in the format.

Remove:
1 Pachi
1 Shaymin
1 Zapdos
1 Cleffa
Total:4

Add:
1 Tynamo
1 Zekrom BW
1 Smeargle
1 Mewtwo EX
Total:4

Now for the T/S/S, you shouldn't use N, since you don't have a consistent draw power (in Pokémon form, of course). Pokégear isn't necessary imo. Those 2 spaces should be used for something better and you already have 11 draw/refresh supporters. 3 Collectors? No way. 4 is a must.

Remove:
2 Pokégear
2 N
Total:4

Add:
1 Juniper
1 PONT
1 Skyarrow/Switch
1 Collector
Total:4

The Energy is just fine. 14 is a "healthy" amount for a Eelektrik based deck.

You could try to find some space for a 2nd Smeargle (if you use 2 Smeargles, 3 Skyarrow is a must) or something else you would like to add.

Hope I helped! ;D

Is zapdos really needed? I find 3 sages AND 3 juniper to be a bit much, also, as u deck too quick.
So
-2 juniper
-1 zapdos

+1 tynamo
+1 mewtwo
+1 collector
hope I helped.

Well, it has resistance so it can take a hit from fighting types but also it can soften things up early game by sniping the bench.

People can either play tornadus or zapdos as a counter since they can both use electric energies. Its a preference thing of whether to play zapdos or tornadus. Some people play both. For example, a 2/1 split.
