Yeah I've been hearing rumors about the reason why there wasn't a new episode of Thundercats 2011 last weekend. It's because the TV Show has been getting very low ratings and is on the verge of cancellation but you can help save it by going to this site here:

It honestly wasn't that great of a show to begin with; there was no reason for adding all of the extra characters and plot twists to what was already a classic show. I think they had a shot at making it good, but the fact that they didn't even keep it on the weeknight lineup means it never really had a chance.

I personally like it so far, and I'm still interested to see how things are supposed to play out between Lion-O, Mumm-Ra, and Pumyra If it ever comes down to that at all. It might not have the same spark of the old 80's cartoon but it can still hold it's own quite well.

Then why is it about to get cancelled.

Think about it.

There's nothing to think about, really. The fact that it's being cancelled is due to the fact that CN has nothing else worth watching (ratings-wise) nowadays other than Adventure Time and Regular Show, and those pale in comparison to other shows CN used to have on the lineup. The notion of some decent Saturday morning cartoons is nonexistent, or the notion of any action show altogether. If they're not going to put any effort into making it, we shouldn't bother watching it.

Plus the new Toonami is nothing more than Adult Swim's usual Saturday Evening Anime
Line-Up anyway. Deadman Wonderland? Don't care about, Casshern Sin, kinda okay, everything else is just Anime Reruns like FMA: Brotherhood, Ghost in the Shell, and
Cowboy Bebop.

Thundercats isn't the same without snarf snarf snarf. They're always trying to reboot some series but always change it to appeal to a new audience. Shows that the new audience couldn't appreciate it to begin with. People are ticked off about Michael Bay's Ninja Turtles from Outerspace reboot. What a jackass.

They said they didn't have the money to get new licenses -meaning the admit rushing into it half-cocked.
