Hey Pokebeach, sad because of the rotation? Well dont be! Many deck ideas will be flooding in and it will be probably the best season to be had!

So the strategy is to play down Parachrisu and use "Self Generation." Than use Raichu's Pokepower "Voltage Increase" to move the energys to Raichu, attach another energy VIA hand, than use "Mega Thunderbolt". By using Fisherman to Flowershop Lady, energy retrieval is very easy and by using Seeker, Pachi can be used multiple times.

Lanturn Prime is used with "Underwater Dive" to counter Donhpan Prime by using his attack to 1HKO Donphan by switching to Water type.

Errrm, I'd say - 1 Fisherman (4's a bit much) - 1-1 Lanturn (its a tech for one deck) and -1 interviewer (again 4's a bit much) for a 2-2 line of Noctowl HGSS, it should give you some consistancy and draw power :)
 
I dont know why everybody loves this "Noctowl" Where as I run enough hand refreshment cards and drawable resources. However, I respect your first Opinion and since Donphan is gonna be huge, I might remove the cards like you said except Lanturn and tech other things.
 
I'm not a great fan of Noctowl myself, but after the rotation it's a reliable draw power, but apart from what I've said your list looks really solid for next format, nice job!
 
There are going to be a variety of decks next format, it might be big, but there are other big decks out there too. Jumpluff, Cinccino and ReshiBoar to name a few. I still would find at least a 1-1 Noctowl line for the extra draw per turn.
 
I don't see Pikachu/Raichu having a big point in this deck; I'd cut them for MORE SPEED! 4 Shaymin UL to move energy from Pachi to Zekrom/Lanturn to set up, and you really don't need 4 fishermen. You do need 4/4 collector/communication and imo 2-3 junk arms as well, though.
 
Did you read any of the deck? Like at all? If I have a 4-4 line of something, it isnt a tech, herp derp. Re-read the strategy, post a valid response rather than a new deck, than enjoy. Three simple steps.
