In a tournament setting, when time is called.. If Player A is running LostGar/MewGar (whatever) with, let's say, 6 pokemon lost zoned (and no lost world card yet) and Player B has only taken one prize, who wins the match? Does LostGar/MewGar always lose when time is called because it's strategy doesn't really involve drawing prizes?

First you do the +3 turns. If neither player wins at that point, then the player with the fewest remaining prize cards wins. Normally LostGar would lose since it doesn't go for prizes.~Mark
