Ruling Togekiss-EX and Eevee

Can the first attack of Togekiss-EX activate the ability of Eevee (FFI)?

Thanks for posting scans! In this case, it's very helpful.

Eevee's Ability says that you may use it "when you attach an Energy from your hand," and Togekiss's attack tells you to "attach an Energy from your hand." From the hand is from the hand, even if it's via an attack or another effect.

Energy Evolution would activate and you'd be able to search your deck.
