Card in question: Togekiss UD
Strategy: Start prepping up this guy. When you have a lot of damage on your Pokemon, send this up, attach a DCE, heal everything and then run away. Then send up a giant attacker. On the off-chance you end up having it in the active spot, the two lower forms have decent attacks for 1 energy.
So could it work?
Where I think it might work: Anything that uses Reuniclus will benefit greatly, since you can spread out large damage (even onto Togekiss itself, who has a tidy 120 HP) and then get rid of mass damage. The problem is you'd be using multiple stage 2s with rather fragile steps up to them, which is why I think the best deck to use this in would be something like Goth Jelly.
But could it work elsewhere? And, of course the most important question of all, would it be worth making space for a 1-1-1 (or even 1-0-1) line?
