Ruling Tool Retieiver and Jamming Net

If someone attaches a jamming net to you and you use Tool Retriver, do you put the jamming net into your hand as the card states? Is it now part of your deck for you to use? What is the ruling on this? Thanks.

It goes to your opponent's discard pile. Tool Retrieval detaches Jamming Net, at which point the effect on Jamming Net activates which puts it into the owners discard pile. Having it go to your hand would cause some serious problems (aside from having one of your opponent's cards in your hand to begin with) if you can imagine playing a shuffle draw card such as N with one of your opponent's cards in your hand.
