Tool Scrapper – Trainer

Choose up two Pokemon Tools attached to either player’s Pokemon, then discard them.

You can use any number of Trainer cards during your turn.

When released, how will this card alter the metagame? What decks will it see play in?

It will see play in every deck that relies on Abilities, so that you can take the tool off of a Garbador, allowing you to use abilities. So, Eelektrik variants, Garchomp/Altaria, Darkrai/Hydreigon and anything else that needs abilities. Also, people may stop using tools because of the threat of Tool Scrapper.

I think it will be a staple. With the new Crystal Wall/Crystal Edge Tools running around (if they turn out to be good. I don't see why not if Junk Arm doesn't get rotated) it is going to be clutch to get that off of them. Plus it will neuter Quad Bulls.
