Top Decks at the Moment?

After a loooong time without playing tcg i decide to start back playing and dont have a solid idea of what are the top decks right now, I would like to know what decks are strong (is possible name one that doesnt need shaymin ex, I've heard is a little expensive). if you can include a skeleton list or a link to somewhere I can see that deck
