need help here...i dont were i could get a good torrent program..can anyone help me out pls..
 
Well I dont know any myself as I live in Japan, but I heard that www.pocketmonsters.net is good.

U-TORRENT and download it ... it's the best ... and for pokemon torrent's go on www.mininova.org

Are torrents ROMS? If it is,then it is illegal in Pokebeach (Not Minimodding)

Torrents CAN be ROMS. But they are not always. Torrents are little files that help direct your computer where to download something off the net.
 
A ROM usually refers to a ripped video game file. These can be delivered via torrent. As said before, Torrents are a method of delivering data, usually large files, such as episodes of a show.

It gets hazy when a show hasn't been translated, but since Pokémon has been dubbed and licensed outside of Japan, the act of downloading episodes is likely illegal in most countries.
 
All torrents are ILEGAL ... that includes : Books, Music, Video formats, Games ... it's only legal by watching it on TV or buying an Original Games ...

But the internet is ... just internet and many people are downloading and uploading games, videos ... so it's avalible to all and ilegal but you don't get arrested for this (exept. if you upload or download child pornography) ...

So like I said ... dovnload Azureus or UTorrent and go on www.mininova.org or www.btjunkie.org ... thare are the best quality Pokemon epizodes ...
 
ROM'S are just so dumb. It shows the person is desperate to make a new game. It's illegal, and if you're caught in the good ol' USA. You could go to prison for it. So, to save yourself from going to jail. Don't fool around with ROM'S

no they aren't! It's what you download from it is what makes it illegal! Torrents are legal if they are used to download free ware[/align] or stuff that is not owned by an individual or company.
