Are TOs allowed to blatantly lie to people?
Seriously, I'm asking this question. Our TO has been shooting lies straight from his mouth for a while now. Heres some examples:

-After worlds ALL Japanese Cards will be banned in the US
-Telepass is being errata'd after worlds so that you can't use it and a supporter from your hand
-DRE, Cess Crystal, etc are being reprinted in POP 8
-Pokebeach went down for a while a bit ago because WPM got arrested and sued by PUSA [I laughed at this one]

Really, can he get in trouble for this? He's such a horrible TO and I'm sick of it.
 
I remember the last one and the first one.

I don't think he can get in trouble, but he needs to stop. I hate his lies.

It's rather hard to ignore when he kicks people out of the league left and right for a week for almost no reason.
 
Me and many others are thinking of starting our own league at a different game store with MUCH nicer staff/owners, hopefully we succeed.
 
I hope we can get one at that place.

If we succeed, I'll be happy. If not, then I'll be haunted by an old man for the rest of my life.

Your TO should seriousally learn what his job should entail

Japanese cards will always be legal as long as you have a card-dex or reference
If Telepass was gonna be errata'd, it would of been done already
POP8 is speculation
the 4th one was out of line unless he has proof.

Personally Id love to know who this PTO is cause I have a few choice words for em. Please keep all names off the forums.
 
Yes, you could get him banned. I know a few TO's and LL's who deserve to be.

But that would leave a massive hole. Not many people are willing to organize stuff. So if you do so, if you report him, make sure you have a backup plan. Like indeed your own league.
