Ruling Town Vollunteers

Hey everyone!
Recently I was checking my cards and found a copy of Town Volllunteers, maybe the best replenishing card ever after Holon Farmer. Here's a scan of it, for those who don't have it:

So, after reading it, and considering the new rulings, I wondered: is Town Vollunteers able to recover Lv X's? I know that "Basic Pokémon or Evolution card" is treated like "Pokémon", but since it also specifies "Baby Pokémon", I wasn't sure. What do you guys think?

it counts any cards before dp that invovle lvx it is considered an evoulition card

Lv X arent considered Evolution cards.

Yes you can. If it says "Basic or Evolution card" you can take a Lv. X. You can even take a Lv. X if it says "(excluding Pokemon Ex)"
