They can still choose to rip you off by not sending if you send first, regardless of what cards they have.

What also happens when you trade half your binder, and people ask you for cards, which you don't have? I know I wouldn't want to keep asking over and over.

Just make a binder update i will be every week or every other week

I agree that this won't fix anything, even if they have the card they can still chose to rip you. They could also put in a Worlds card for something like Luxray GL Lv.X, with glare it looks holo.
