I am having a lot of trouble finding official translations for my States Tomorrow. Can anybody help?

Are you not allowed to just copy the cards text?

I think some judges would be okay with just a cards text, but I know the ones at all the tournaments I go to have been asking for a card dex or just an English copy(like a Worlds Championship edition) of card you need translated.

/\ Card Dex translations and out of deck references are the only states legal references. No scans are allowed to be used.
