item lock the oppenent using seismitoed EX's goo punch attack while ability locking using garbador. Muscle band and hypnotoxic laser for the extra damage because goo punch only does 30 damage. Raichu for lightning weak pokemon, mewtwo for another attacker and for lucario EX. I havent tested the deck but i think it could be slighltly compettive.
