Can the trick coin be used to "re-roll" confusion, or abilities?

How do I do that?
If you go to the main page of pokebeach.com, and look on the left, you'll see a section that says "Card Scans". Click on the links to find the set that the card is in, and you'll get a page like http://pokebeach.com/2014/10/phantom-forces
Click the card you want to post, copy the image URL, and paste it into your post, either as a hyperlink or by surrounding it with image tags. Since the pictures are kind of big, you can also surround them with spoiler tags to hide them. I've taken the liberty of posting for you this time, assuming this is the card you are talking about...
To answer your question, the reflips are allowed for effects of an attack only, not abilities, things that happen between turns like asleep/burn/etc. So, for an example, if I was to used Confuse Ray and flipped tails, I could use Trick Coin to flip again.
However, you couldn't use it to reflip for something like Snorlax's Stir and Snooze...
because 1. it is an ability, and 2. the flips occur between turns.
