Ruling Triple Laser Question

I just had a few questions about Registeel EX's triple laser. Am I allowed to target the same Pokemon more than once? And if so, how many times is eviolite factored? Thanks.

You're only allowed to target three different Pokemon. If your opponent has less than 3, you only choose the Pokemon in play.

Cloyster (Secret Wonders) is, to my knowledge, the only Pokemon in the TCG that has allowed you to pick the same Pokemon more than once for its attack.
