Why not use emboar w/ ability?

You could use Tangrowth instead of Licky. My brother used Tangrowth and got 2nd at Regs.

Emboar is also much better because you can use Shuckle for draw, avoid a KO, and attach more energy (on average you attach less with Electrode).

Also feraligator prime could work and theres a lot of snipes in water you could also tech in a couple kingdra primes and maybe some other water snipers.

You let them get a prize with electrode, then attach 3 energies (lets say) and then snipe.

You fail to get a prize because there's nothing on his bench with 50hp.



Scenario 2:

You let them get a prize with electrode, and then snipe.
You get a prize of one of their bench.
Their active pokemon knocks you out. You now have 0 energy in play and they are at least 1 prize ahead.
