Strategy

So the strategy is to set up Masquerain and cycle EXP shares among Trubbish to allow a constantly flow of energy. Silver Mirror is used to safeguard these Trubbish and use to protect any Sigilyph that has 2+ tools on it from being knocked out. By getting 9 tools into play, you are able to hit 180, which allows you to 1HKO most EX's, only sacrificing a single prize. Two prevalent issues with the deck is donks (what would you expect) and multiple copies of Tool Scrapper. Please give me any advice or suggestions to tweak this.

Fixed up the formatting.~KA

Unfortunately, both donks and Scrappers are a risk you will have to take, since the only thing that will avoid it is Item lock, which can't be played here. But overall, the deck is actually pretty well, I wouldn,t change it, but that's my opinion.

I know, its a large problem. But with the Virizon/Genesect hype train, the only donk I need to honestly worry about is Plasma and Tool Lock will die down a good bit. but Tool Scrapper isnt the worst BUT if they do it multiple times, GG XD.

Maybe Sableye+Blend Energy? I'll see it thoroughly later since I'm on my way to an SAT-like test, so I can't really focus right now. XD

You don't need the Ultra Balls, everything in your deck has 90HP or less and the 4 Level Ball is plenty. You also probably won't need Rescue Scarf.
What this deck does use really well is Bicycle. I've watched a few Japanese videos of games with this deck and they all played 3-4 Bicycle, and they were all played really well.
So I suggest:
-2 Ultra Ball
-2 Rescue Scarf
+4 Bicycle

Thanks Ryan, I tried that recently and worked out very well. I also thought the Ultra Ball was a tad overkill...

The deck just get creams by decks that run heavy scrapper and its really donkable

I've not seen a single deck ever running 4 Scrappers, not even after Plasma Blast. If people run three, that's 6 out of your 15ish tools gone if they can get them all out, and with this deck's massive consistent draw power from Bicycle it's not a problem getting literally every single tool on the field. Oh, and add to the mix your opponent's tools, so in fact sometimes your opponent playing a Tool Scrapper doesn't make that much difference.

True, but I mean in the sense that they Tool Scrap away Silver Mirrors can affect a matchup quite a bit, but depends on the situation.
