Any input on opportunities to make this deck run smoother would be greatly appreciated. Main problem is that it is clunky and slow to get going

It's honestly just the nature of stage 2 decks in general. Especially when the stage 2 is your main attacker that doesn't hit ridiculously crazy numbers like Gardevoir. Unfortunately for all of us, the consistency that Zoroak brought to the format makes stage 2 decks significantly less viable.

Well to start your supporter line is very inconsistent. Playing one Guzma is basically pointless. You also don't play Brigette which is an essential card in Stage 2 decks (really any decks right now). The design of the deck ingeneral isn't doing you any favors either. It's a cool idea. Nihilego to confuse and poison, Tsareena hits for an amazing 180. Add the Choice Band and Poison tic and you're doing 220. Chaos Tower to protect yourself. Personally if I was going to try this I'd play Seviper to boost the Poison tic and hit 230 for the one hit on Gardy. The problem is that you've got too much going on with this deck. Too many moving pieces that sound nice, but don't really work all that well in practice because of the way chance works.

I would suggest getting an Alolan Vulpix in there somewhere. In stage 2 decks, having that Beacon support is extremely useful. Perhaps drop Damage Mover to do so.
