This is my first post here on Pokebeach. Please let me know if I should be handling something differently or am not following a rule.
Currently, the deck list I am toying with is as follows:
Pokémon: 13
The idea is to use Garchomp to set up M Mewtwo EX. With Turbo Assault, Mega Turbo, and Smeargle for color fixing M Mewtwo EX should be able start smashing with Vanishing Strike early. Korrina makes for a beautiful turn 2 setup, pulling Garchomp and a rare candy. His free retreat into a fully loaded turn 3 M Mewtwo is the iddeal setup - Garchomp is solid enough to take one hit from most EXes and retreat next turn.
I have done no testing yet, but I think going 2nd could be a huge detriment to this deck. Since I cut Landorus, you're either going to stick a Gible, a Mewtwo, or a Smeargle in as your basic to start the game. If its Gible, and you go second, they could easily kill him before you can Korrina -> Rare Candy for a free prize to start the game, Smeargle isn't much better as far as 'I'm a free prize', and the mewtwo may not be able to damage change off whatever punishment it has sustained quickly enough without Turbo Assault to set it up.
Shrine of Memories was my stadium of choice. It does nothing for Garchomp, but neither would Dimension Valley. The only card in the deck it benefits is M Mewtwo EX. Still, the ability to drop a shrine out of hand and damage change unexpectedly is huge. It can really turn around a game. The Dimension Valley version of this deck would likely want to run Psyburn Mewtwo (Breakthrough 163/162) instead of Damage Change Mewtwo, meaning it would more benefit from DCEs, and at that point it turns into a different list altogether.
Possibles:

EDIT:: Juuuuuust realized I don't have shaymin or hoopa in here, which I'm running in my current (breakthrough) version of the deck. *facepalm* I'll have to re-analyze later this evening, hopefully incorporating feedback too.

Possibles:
- Smeargle Breakthrough 123/172 - This card fits in better when the deck does not use Rainbow Energy, and also works better with Dimension Valley. With Smeargle you can still use Damage Change or Vanishing Strike on the same M Mewtwo Ex with it's ability, Second Coat.
- Landorus Furious Fists 58/11 - I'm still not sure about this one. I cut him to make room. He would be my ideal first turn pokemon, but outside of the first turn Garchomp does his job and does it much better, needing only a single Korrina to get going.
- Max Elixir - I am not using Max Elixir for the same reason I am not using Smeargle; it plays better with all basics, and loses some consistency for each copy of Rainbow Energy in the deck. Furthermore, I cut Landorus from the list since Garchomp essentially fills his role, so Max Elixir can only hit my pokemon before they are evolved, or hit a smeargle (womp womp...).
- Energy Switch - I really feel like this deck wants to run an energy switch. In my head it would fill a role similar to Smeargles, and with Garchomp's free retreat would further aid your ability to leap a powered up M Mewtwo EX into your active slot ready to Vanishing Strike.
