1- Can I discard Holon Castform when I Manetric ex (DX) "Mega Shot" or Arcanine's ex (LM) "Flame Swirl"?

2- Does Holon Castform count when I use Venusaur CG / Sunflora (UF) "Green Blast"?

NO. For question 2 that is. It is for energy that provide ONLY colorless. Not for things that provide more than 1 type of energy INCLUDING colorless.

I would like to clear this statement. "It provides two of what you want it to be." If it would be counted as two of everything, then, for example, you have a Holon Castform and a DRE attached to Infernape. When Infernape uses the attack Flare Blitz, which clearly states that "Discard all Fire energies attached to Infernape", both would be discarded. This same ruling applies to the DRE also.
