Ruling Two questions...

1. Would I be right in assuming that I can use Helix Fossil's 'Aqua reaction' Pokebody to evolve it into Omanyte, then evolve into Omastar from my hand?

2. In a turn can you use the effect of a stadium, then play another and use it's effect too?

eg. Speed stadium is in play, flip for speed stadium, play dawn stadium, attach energy, remove damage counter from water Pokemon etc.

1st one is probably still no, it's counted as evolution.

2nd one probably is yes, because you can't not use the ability while it's up. Well... nothing says you can't.

1.) No, you cannot do this because you may only evolve a pokemon once per turn. Using Aqua Reaction to evolve counts as the evolution per turn, thus, you cannot evolve the Omanyte.

2.) You CAN use the effect of the current stadium then play your own and use its effect. Unless the stadium you are playing is a stadium of the same name, in that case you cannot even play your stadium down. But if the example is: Speed Stadium currently out, use Speed Stadium, then play your own Dawn Staduim, and use its effect. Then yes, you may do that.
