Strategy:

Typhlsion has 2 very effective attacks. First you would want to use flare destroy since it has average damage and discards energies from the oponent, once I have burnt a good part of my deck, I use energy recycler and start using massive eruption with incredible odds of energy being drawn up to now the idea works, but I am very sure it can be improved vastly.

I would like some advices since I like these two pokemon PD: Houndoom tanks discards and charges energy, love it! and please don´t mention shymin ex since I only have one.

My first suggestion would be to add the one shaymin you have, and possibly another Houndoom and a mega by taking out some basic fire. 6 basics may seem OK but it puts you in high-mulligan probability territory, and you don't want to be there as that allows for your opponent to potentially have draw that could make you end up losing... 16 energy is too high, and 6 basics is too low; otherwise, the list looks fine. Other than 1 Shauna and 1 Birch as opposed to 2 of one or the other.

And as an added note to that: do 3 rare candy; it pays off in the early game. I'd do it by tossing a skyla. She's cool but not cool enough to be a 2-of.
