Here is the deck that I am currently running, I made it at the weekend so I have not had many chances to test it properly yet.

2x Tyranitar Prime
2x Pupitar
2x Larvitar
2x Eevee
2x Umbreon
2x Tediursa
2x Ursaring Prime
2x Uxie
3x Spiritomb
1x Unown Q
1x Azelf

3x Bebe's Search
2x Pokemon Collector
2x Seeker
2x Professor Oak's New Theory

4x Poke Drawer
2x Warp Point
3x Pokemon Communication
2x Expert Belt
2x Energy Exchanger
2x Rare Candy
1x Luxury Ball
1x VS Seeker

4x Double Colorless Energy
4x Darkness Energy
5x Dark Energy

The strategy of the deck is to control with and Spiritomb and Umbreon, so that Ursaring and Tyranitar can begin to roll and from there is just a case of beating down until the game is yours.

-1 Dark and 1 Vs Seeker and a unown Q- Add in either 3 Rare Candy's or 3 BTS. Speed is key this deck.

Also add in either 2 more Spiritomb or 2 more Sableye. Personally I would stick the 'tombs as they will speed up your set up massively.

I run a T-tar, and it looks kind of like yours.

I have 4 T-tars, and 4 Tombs, no Ursaring or Umbreon. The Tombs help with Darkness Grace to get your T-Tar set up pretty quick

I have tested my deck a fair bit, and decided to remove the BTS. I really found I didnt need it with 4 rare Candies, and I really didn't like helping out my opponent either

I have also found Interviewers Question to be a big help with this deck.

You have no Collectors. They are such a strong card. If you are going to run Azelf and Uxie, you want to be able to get them out quick to stock your bench

I assume your energies included Special Darks?

What can Ursaring do that T-tar Prime can't? Sure berserk can discard the top card of your opponents deck but this isn't what this decks main strategy is (though if you're lucky, it helps) Unless you're trying to make Darkness Howl spread more to your advantage, in which case it would probably to better to run Donphan prime for that job. Though it can't spread to your opponents bench, it can deal damage much quicker than T-tar and uses fewer energy to get the job done. THEN you can go to town with Ursaring dealing 120 damage, if not you can just focus on attacking with Donphan prime until it gets KO'd. However, if the main strategy is just to streamroll through your opponent by just bombarding them with attacks, then T-tar can do that job by itself. Once T-tar gets fully charged for Megaton Tail there's not much in the metagame that can survive that, and it's even worse if it's belted because then it's dealing 140 damage (that' without the help of special dark energy) plus it then has 180HP - beast. though the effect it carries can be a problem if you use Megaton Tail 4 times in a row, bu if you've already set up another T-tar prime on the bench then you can Megaton Tail away.

The only problems T-tar Prime really faces is Toxicroak G promo (it won't OHKO T-tar but it's alot of damage) and Dialga G lvX (it can lost zone your energy on T-tar prime and survive a majority of it hits if it's belted and has at least 2 special {M} energy on it) Some T-tar decks ran a 1-0-1 Machamp SF line to help, but that requires running a different energy type which you can't search for.

This is just my opinion.
