I'm confuse about the attacks....

If I have 4 special dark energy card attach to Tyranitar

Does that means my Grind attack does ( 4 x 20 ) + ( 4 x 10 ) = 120?

and if i have 4 special dark energy + 1 dark energy

The Spinning tail attack will do ( 4 x 10) + 30 = 70 to each pokemon or only to the defending pokemon and 30 to the bench pokemon?

This belongs to the Questions part, however, I'll help you.
If you have 4 Special Darks attached you'll do 80 damage (4x20) for the Grind and then you have to add the 40 extra damages for the Darkness energies. Spinning Tail would do 70 to the active Pokémon and 30 damage to each benched Pokémon read the energies, you only add damage to active Pokémons.
