Tyranitar, States, Seniors

Hi, I'm a scrub

OK. This deck is super solid for States metagame. However, the only losses I take are bad starts. Any help with that?

4-2-4 Tyranitar Prime
3 Uxie
4 Sableye
1 Unown Q
18

4 Rare Candy
2 Oak's visit
2 BTS
3 Belts
2 Bench Shield
3 Com
3 Bebe's
3 Collector
2 Exchanger
2 PONT
1 Palmer's
1 Lux Ball
28

6 Darkness
4 Sp. Dark
4 DCE
14

Use Sableye to start, possibly donk 50 HP basics with Overconfident (Hey, that attack actually helped in a game vs. Mew Prime/Rhyperior X and got me the game) or Impersonate for a supporter I need, Unown Q Quick it or let it die, bring up T-tar, and then completely one shot everything.

Again, the problems I get with this deck are bad starts. IDK if Machamp or Donphan is gonna be so popular, but this deck easily beats Lostgar and even Gyarados and SP on a good day.

I'm lost as to why you run Azlef. You have multiples of all the important stuff. 1 extra Pixie really isn't needed unless you have to have your Unown Q. I'd also drop my Candy to 2-3 and up your BTS by 1, so VileGar poses absolutely no threat to you.

Yea, I think I won't run it. It's mainly in case like, 3+ T-tars are prized, but I hardly use it.

A good Vilegar will also run 3-4 BTS. IDK if I should run 3 if they play it first. Every game the last candy is a dead draw. What could I ditch for the Azelf?

Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll consider them all.

IDK about Manectric. It's kind of a waste of space. I just attatch the Shield onto the Uxies and I'm A-OK. I was thinking about something more consistency based, or even Honchkrow or Umbreon.

Just gota watch out for those Machamps and Donphans! If there is any of them in your area, I would run a 2-2-2 line of Exploud to stop them cold!

Actually, a 1-0-1 line would be best. Maybe a 1-1-1 of Exploud SV. 2-2-2 is too much, there are plenty of search engines in there.

Unfortunately, Exploud is clunky as fudge, and even a 1-0-1 line can be prized easily and of little to no help, even if you do get it set up. Luxray/Blaziken could drag it active and it'd just sit there unless you run warp. Eh, it's not a bad idea, but I've just never been a fan of the fact that it can never really get out of it's own way.
Lastly, Exploud itself is weak to Champ/Phan, so if it ever did get dragged active, it'd most likely be one-shotted or at the very least, two-shotted.
