It's a known fact that higher gas prices hurts economic growth, and it's clear that Obama's Economic Agenda is based more on European Economic Policies than that of American Economic Policies. This is proof that Romney deserves to win the White House instead of Obama this year...

The National Average of Gas is about $3.70 a gallon right now and depending on how things are in the Middle East it could spike up drastically, but even worse is that Obama's Energy Policies could make it even worse. The rejection of the Keystone Pipeline, how the White House Secretary of Energy is Anti-Energy for America, and much more.

Not every problem in America is because of Obama. We've had rising gas prices for years. While I am not a fan of Obama personally, I don't think people give him credit where credit is due.

You think it will become $8-9 a gallon? Really? REALLY? Newt Gingrich said that about Obama in order to convince people not to vote for him. Plus that article is from over a year ago. I don't see $8-9 gas anywhere in the U.S.

I try not to flame or bash anything. I really do. But now you've done it.

Gingrich is an idiot (either that, or he thinks we are with the arguments he's suppying) when it comes to trying to attacking Obama on energy policies. His snide comments on how "ridiculous" Obama's algae energy plans to the point where where they are only plausible in - as Gingrich puts it - "Cloud Cuckoo Land." Sure, that fabled land that Exxon Mobile spends millions (maybe billions, but I'll have to double check that fact) on to find a cheaper and more reliable source of biodiesal. That article has no sound basis and linking it here demands no respect from me on your argument.

There's the obvious argument that there is still available oil in the US. Would drilling this resource actually lower prices? Quite alot of people say no. The "Drill, baby, drill" tactic has obviously failed. If you haven't seen that yet, do some research.

Hah! Rejection of the Keystone Pipeline is an anti-energy policy! What, you want another source of energy dependency for the US, as if the instability in the Middle East so strongly taught us to learn to be energy independent? Forget trying to get more oil! Make more effecient cars and buildings. Our energy portifolio is so severely lacking, alternative energy sources still not used to their potential, and all you can think of is how high the oil prices are when it's more or less out of our control. I'd say more, but your post doesn't deserve any more attention.

I agree totally. Rising gas prices is something he had nothing to do with.

Over-exaggeration in the mildest sense of the word. $8-$9 for a gallon of gas is a totally ridiculous assumption.
