pikachumaster, I just wanted to point out several things and help guide you in the right direction:
First of all, the forums are sorted for different types of topics to go in. For example, threads relating to the video games go in the gaming forums. This thread is a "forum game", and belongs in the Game Corner forum. However, there is already a banning game in that forum. It can be found here:

Secondly, it is more difficult for members to understand what you are saying when you type in all caps. Please take the time to use proper punctuation in your posts and subjects. If everybody posted in caps like you did, the forums would look like a mess.
Please take the time to read the rules. You can find the forum rules here. If you do not understand the rules, there is a link you can follow to a thread where you can ask questions about the rules. It is best to go ahead and ask if you are uncertain as to whether something you want to do is allowed.
