so, looking at Meganium MT's Ultra Powder.

Ultra Powder: Flip 3 coins. if the first coin is heads the defending pokemon is now poisoned. if the second coin is heads the defending pokemon is now burned. if the third coin is heads the defending pokemon is now paralyzed.

so, if you get say the first and third coins as heads, that would make them poisoned and paralyzed?
 
Yeah. For some reason you can have all those together. I would think since the card doesn't say stop fliping after you get one heads or anything like that.

Answer : Yes
 
Just do what the card says. You can run through the effect as easily as this:

Coin flip - if heads poison
Coin flip - if heads burn
Coin flip - if heads paralyse

Just do each thing it says in the right order. Easy.
