hi guys i need your help. i need a pokemon to prevent my damange and oponent damange on benched pokemons...

There IS no "ultimate protection". The best you can do is a CG Dugtrio, with a Safeguarder up front, or a Basic stopper.

A pokemon that prevents damage and damages the opponet's bench? I'm pretty sure there are none. Marowak can damage the opponet's bench, and things like dragonite d can prevent damage...

Or maybe he's talking about total protection for his bench... You could just use non-bench hitting moves and stuff a Dugtrio there.
