This is my friends deck that I am helping him with.

4 Eevee MD
2 Umbreon UD
1 Umbreon Prime
1 Umbreon MD
1 Espeon Prime
1 Espeon MD
1 Espeon UD
3 Gible SV
2 Gabite SV
3 Garchomp SV
1 Garchomp X
3 Sableye SF
2 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA
1 Unown Q

3 Collector
3 Bebe's
3 Sages Training
3 SSU
3 Communication
2 Rare Candy
2 BTS
2 Expert Belt
1 Palmers

4 Special Dark
3 Dark
2 DCE
2 Psychic

Umbreon is used to block things with powers or bodies and Garchomp is the main attacker when they don't have powers or bodies. Espeon UD is for after you use Garchomp X dragon pulse power to spread damage.

I know the first thing you see is the Sages Training but it really works well in this deck because there are a lot of extra eeveelutions, sableyes and other cards that you don't need in certain situations to discard.

I am suggesting that he take out the umbreon MD and the espeon Prime because they don't really help any certain matchups.

Please Help to make this better.
Thanks

Hey. :p

First off, Umbreon UD and Garchomp don't have much synergy. You could focus on an Umbreon deck or a Garchomp deck. I don't know how to make a deck that combines them both. So I'll give some ideas on key cards you will need.

Both decks:
Luxury Ball
BTS
Pokemon Collector
Bebe's Search
Uxie LA
Azelf LA
Unown Q

Things you may need in a Garchomp deck(that weren't mentioned above):
Ampharos Prime
Ampharos PT
Spiritomb AR
Rare Candy

The strategy is to use Garchomp as the main attacker. When it is damaged, you return the energy attached to the Defending Pokemon back to the opponent's hand. Then when they want to attach again, Ampharos Prime's Power allows you to put 2 damage counters on the Pokemon that the energy was attached to. Then if they have Powers, they can't use them because of Ampharos PT's Body. Simple enough, right?

Things you may need for an Umbreon deck(that hasn't been mentioned):

Special Dark Energy
Espeon MD
Umbreon MD
Scizor Prime(optional)

Scizor Prime/Umbreon is the deck I run. It is a complete lock deck that locks Powers, Bodies, and Special Energies. Look into it. If you want it to be Eeveelutions, look into Glaceon X or Leafeon X, and pair Umby with that.

On a final note, I'm not trying your friends deck. I'm trying to give him ideas. I'd go with the Garchomp deck. Use a 4-3-3/1 line of Garchomp, with 3 Chomp SV and one Chomp X. Then pair that with a 3-2-2/1 line of Amphy Prime. Finally, add 4 Spiritomb AR, 2 Uxie LA, one Azelf LA, and one Unown Q.

Hope that helped. :p
