What would the interaction be between these cards if player 1 has Hypno, Ampharos, and Chaos Gym out in play and Hypno's Hand Control attack is used to target a supporter out of player 2's hand?

Would them playing a supporter by means of Hand Control activate Chaos Gym?

If so, would Ampharos's Jamming Poke-Body trigger regardless if heads or tails is flipped on Chaos Gym or will the Body only trigger if heads if flipped?

Okay, so this is a bit confusing. Here's what happens:

The first thing that happens after you use the attack is the flip for Chaos Gym. Playing the supporter would activate Chaos Gym because it is still a trainer card other than a stadium.

If your opponent flips heads, then they use the supporter, and the Jaming poke-body triggers. If your opponent flips tails, Chaos Gym reads "the player can't play that card". So because the card is technically not played, the Jamming poke-body would not trigger. You would then get to use your opponent's supporter card (as per the effect of Chaos Gym), and then the supporter gets placed in the discard pile.
