Sorry about my last thread, I worded it a little wrong, but what I actually meant to say is, un-official strategies, ones that you created. You post them here, I make a few teams on Shoddy Battle with certain variations like OU Stall, or UU Defensive, and you can PM me if you want to see if you can counter your own strategy, or if you have a strategy that you don't wan to post, if it's the secret to your success or something, and I can promise not to use it. I hop this one doesn't get locked, and if it doesn't please post, as I said before, I want to see how this is going to turn out. Remember, NO FIFTH GENERATION POKEMON!!!

What exactly are you aiming for here? Underrated/uncommon movesets? There aren't really "official" and "unofficial" strategies to competitive battling, and I highly doubt a completely new type of team is out there that no one has heard of, or is legitimately competitive.

I'm looking more for movesets that you created, or an old dug up moveset that you really can't find on major sites.

If that's the case, IMO you should change the title to "Odd/Underrated Movesets" or something along those lines. In all honesty, I don't think I really have any. I'm still somewhat new to the game, so I mainly stick with what's tested and proven.
 
I'll start it out, to show you what I want.
Bulky Arbok
Arbok@Leftovers
Ability: Shed Skin
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252Sp.Def/188Att./68HP
Moves:
-Poison Jab
-Aqua Tail
-Toxic
-Recover

This set takes advantage of Arbok's decent Sp. Defense, by giving it a good ability, item, nature and EVs. First it gets STAB with Poison Jab, which has a chance of poisoning. Then Aqua Tail is a powerful physical move that covers what Poison Jab doesn't. Then Toxic slowly destroys the opponent, and then Recover recovers low HP. You may comment if you find necessary.
 
How about picky shiftry?
Nature: modest
Ability: Chlorophyl
Item: Heat rock
Ev: 252 spc. Attk, 252 spd, 6 hp
Moves
-Sunny day
-whirlwind
-nasty plot
-solarbeam.
Use sunny day, and then whirlwind until you find an opponent to set up nasty plot on, and then fire of 180 stab power no-charge solarbeam.
