Unknown Growlithe Card

I have a growlithe card that has a symbol of a blue bunny in the lower right corner. Does anyone know what set that's from?

That's most likely from a trainer kit that gets people started playing the game. The "bunny" is actually minun, which would make it a mouse.

It is from EX Trainer Kit 2, which had decks for Plusle and Minun. The Growlithe itself is a reprint of EX FireRed and LeafGreen 64.
