I found this sprite for an item on the internet, and I can't find it on Bulbapedia. Can someone give me its name and effect? The only reason I don't know it is because I don't have BW yet.

It looked to me like elygem's hand recoloured, but now I look at it, it is the fluffy tail (skitty I think)

That item is a Lucky Egg. It is held by a Pokemon and earns extra experience points during a battle.
Thats the lucky egg, if you have got past chargestone cave in B/W Then you should know what it is.
